MAY 2012

Spring has sprung! And, as the weather gets nicer, this is the perfect time to take a look at your exercise level... or lack thereof. One good way to motivate yourself to get more activity this spring is to take "The 23 ½ hour challenge".

Many of you may already be familiar with Dr. Mike Evans’ U-tube phenomenon “The 23 ½ hour challenge”; if you are, it’s worth a re-visit, and if not, it is a definite must see!

In this short, entertaining podcast, Dr. Evans discusses the single most important thing everyone can do for their health, and that it is really not too difficult a challenge for anyone to incorporate into their daily lives. Check it out: www.myfavouritemedicine.com/23-and-a-half-hours

I love Lifewise! I've been coming to Dr. Baker for 5 or so years now and have received great care. My whole family comes to Lifewise as part of our health maintenance. Dr. Baker is friendly and generous and the office (and staff) refelct this.
